Rommate Wanted in Meguro, Tokyo

Hi Lovely Tokyo People!

We're looking for a roommate to share not only our rent but also to share some fun times in Tokyo with.

We're situated 5 mins away from Meguro station, and a quick 10min bike ride to Naka-Meguro.

The apartment has a spacious living and kitchen space, along with a large balcony, perfect for summer bbq's! (provided we can keep it a sensible size given the current situation). Lots of sun and lots of airflow.

The room available is also a nice size, about 8-jos and the rent is ¥100,000. All utilities will be shared between the number of people living in the apartment. No key money and all of that stuff, but a deposit will be required.

Current tenants are all English speakers, 1 Japanese/American guy, 1 Taiwan/Kiwi girl and 1 American guy who's mostly not in Tokyo, so most of the time it will be 2 other people. We are all in our 30's and non-smoking, we enjoy the occasional night out or a few drinks together at home and sometimes a game of catan or 2 with a few neighbours, we also enjoy doing yoga in the morning and having some quite time as well.
